Customer Care Specialist

Join Toast’s Guest Support team to help restaurant guests resolve order, delivery, account, gift‑card, rewards, loyalty, and product inquiries. You will act as a Toast expert, delivering a hospitality mindset and learning our rapidly expanding hardware and software suite.

Job Details

Start Date:

February 9th, 2026. Training lasts 2 weeks in the Omaha, NE office with an option for hybrid attendance. No PTO is allowed during training.

Location:

1926 S 67th St, Suite 200, Omaha, NE 68106. Post‑training, you are expected to be in the office 2 days per week.

Hourly Rate: $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a top‑tier restaurant guest experience through creative problem‑solving and consistent probing to craft accurate & timely outcomes.
  • Conduct Toast procedures to appropriately elevate and coordinate the guest response in accordance with Toast values.
  • Expand your knowledge of Toast’s hardware and software weekly through professional development time, training, knowledgebase articles, and hands‑on experience.
  • Answer incoming questions regarding order issues, delivery issues, account updates, gift cards, rewards and loyalty programs, and product feedback.
  • Resolve issues and act as a Toast expert, demonstrating resilience and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a role focused on customer satisfaction and championing the customer experience.
  • Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities in a constantly changing environment.
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting technical tools, such as apps on iOS and Android.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
Optional Skills
  • Experience answering customer emails and instant messages.
  • Experience working in the tech industry or for a SaaS company.
  • Strong teamwork skills and customer advocacy.
  • Experience using Intercom or another customer engagement tool.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and night schedules.
