Potential
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 3‑8pm
Some Saturdays 8:30am‑2pm (likely 2/month)
Compensation:
Part‑time salaried position – $1,500/month ($18,000/year) with 3 weeks PTO.
Duties:
- Scheduling lessons with families
- Giving tours of the studio
- Decorating for holidays & seasons
- Helping plan and execute events & recitals
- Answering phones and providing customer service for students and families
- Various craft projects
- Various data gathering projects
Ideal Candidate:
- Fun with kids
- Experience with customer service
- Comfortable on the phone and talking to people
- Energetic, positive, and adaptable
- Capable of multitasking (handling projects while answering the phone)
- Problem‑solving ability and quick thinking
