In this position you will make a big impact and real difference while providing excellent service to customers who need help with a wide variety of tasks:
- Work closely with new customers while helping them with new customer on-boarding.
- Gather important information while helping current and new customers open new accounts.
- Assist clients who are changing beneficiaries, initiating minimum distributions.
- Help clients with changes to their 401(k) rollovers.
- Provide assistance while helping clients re-title accounts to a trust.
- Partner with wealth management advisors and customers who are initiating donations and gifts to charitable organizations.
- Help customers through the underwriting process when new life insurance is being purchased.
