What You Will Do

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email,live chat, text messaging, and social media.
  • Help customers identify the correct key fob for their vehicle.
  • Educate customers about our products, services, and orderingprocess.
  • Troubleshoot basic questions regarding programming and compatibility.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty requests.
  • Work closely with our sales, warehouse, purchasing, and product information teams.
  • Look for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
