Assist with service estimates, quotes, invoicing, and warranty documentation.

Follow up on open work orders, pending repairs, and outstanding service items.

Help resolve routine customer questions and concerns.

Process parts requests, purchase orders, and related transactions.

Help with receiving, organizing, and distributing parts.

Support inventory accuracy and ensure parts are properly documented on work orders.

What We're Looking For

Experience in service coordination, service administration, customer service, or a similar role preferred.

Automotive, heavy truck, emergency vehicle, or equipment dealership experience is a plus.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable communicating with customers, technicians, and vendors.

Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

Attention to detail, especially when it comes to work orders, scheduling, and billing.
