Front Desk Client Coordinator

Serenity Esthetics is hiring a Front Desk Client Coordinator in Omaha, Nebraska.

Be the welcoming first point of contact for every client and keep a busy spa running smoothly. This role combines customer service, scheduling, and teamwork.

• Greet clients and answer phone calls.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Handle check-in, check-out, and payments.
• Keep client records accurate and the reception area tidy.
• Coordinate with estheticians to keep the daily schedule on track.
• Answer client questions with patience and professionalism.

• Front desk, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, organized, and comfortable with computers and phones.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment.
• Handles client information with confidentiality.

Full-time and part-time. Shifts generally fall between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Rotating Sunday availability is required. Candidates should be comfortable working in a client-focused environment with varying appointment volumes.
