Dentist

The Dentist works as part of the dental team to provide high-quality, primary dental care services to patients of all ages, in alignment with One World’s mission. The Dentist works in conjunction with dental leadership to achieve industry-leading clinical outcomes in accordance with accepted dental practice standards and policies.

• Graduation from an accredited dental school with a degree of Doctor in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) required.
• Active, valid, unrestricted license to practice as a Dentist in the state of Nebraska; or license eligibility.
• Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Dental Record preferred.
• Proficiency in English required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to relate with warmth and empathy to culturally diverse patients, as well as other providers and staff members.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of general dentistry and oral surgery.
• Ability to be credentialed and approved by One World’s Board of Directors.
• Ability and willingness to travel to and from multiple work locations for coverage purposes, if needed.
