We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a growing dental practice with multiple locations in the Omaha area. This opportunity is open to both experienced professionals and new graduates who are passionate about oral health and providing excellent patient care.

The practice values work-life balance and works with each team member to develop a schedule that fits their needs. New graduates receive additional appointment time and dedicated mentorship to help them build confidence and develop their clinical skills.

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and support patients in maintaining good oral health.
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and preventive dental care.
• Assist dentists with clinical examinations and treatment planning.
• Build positive relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable during appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Communicate treatment recommendations and oral health concerns to patients.
• Collaborate with dentists and other team members to deliver quality care.
• Follow clinical guidelines, infection control procedures, and patient safety standards.

• Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program.
• Active Nebraska dental hygiene license or willingness to complete the required licensing process.
• Local anesthesia permit or qualification is required.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• A caring, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Candidates working toward their licensing requirements may also be considered. Nitrous oxide certification is a plus but is not required.

• Competitive pay of $46-$50 per hour, depending on experience.
