Principal, Co-Founder @ SCOPPA Architecture | Licensed Architect

We maintain a strong backlog, long‑standing clients, and referrals from respected partners (TD2, Morrissey, Alvine, Colliers). Our systems, templates, and workflows are built to support high‑quality work and create a workplace where individuals can thrive both inside and outside the firm.

You will enjoy design opportunities across a variety of project types. Client‑facing autonomy and true ownership over projects means that your contributions will be highly impactful. SCOPPA has developed clear processes for workflow and strong QA/QC that help guide your work and continue to evolve.

We cultivate a professional workspace that is respectful and low drama. When planning workload, SCOPPA values realistic schedules structured to minimize night and weekend work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full project lifecycle (Pre‑Design through CA)
  • Produce high‑quality drawings, details, and specifications
  • Coordinate consultants and contractors
  • Integrate cost and constructability early
  • Improve workflows and templates
Qualifications
  • Licensed with 10–15+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong communicator and steady project leader
  • Design‑ambitious and technically disciplined
  • Proficient in Revit (BIM
    360, Bluebeam, Enscape, Procore a plus)
  • Organized, accountable, able to run projects independently
