Responsibilities- Lead full project lifecycle (Pre‑Design through CA)
- Produce high‑quality drawings, details, and specifications
- Coordinate consultants and contractors
- Integrate cost and constructability early
- Improve workflows and templates
- Licensed with 10–15+ years of experience preferred
- Strong communicator and steady project leader
- Design‑ambitious and technically disciplined
- Proficient in Revit (BIM
360, Bluebeam, Enscape, Procore a plus) - Organized, accountable, able to run projects independently
- AIA compensation benchmarks
- 401(k) with up to 4% match
