Brand Designer

You don't decorate ideas, you build them, and that distinction is exactly why Tech Pioneer Inc is searching for a Brand Designer in Omaha, NE. From day one you own a slice of the creative mission, earn $50,000 - $71,000, and lean on 4 years to move fast.

• Curate the reference wall that keeps a 5-person studio pointed the same way
• Stitch fragmented brand assets into a system that scales past Tech Pioneer Inc's next phase
• Trace a thread from Tech Pioneer Inc values to the smallest UI detail
• Interrogate a brief until the real ask underneath it surfaces
• Test and optimize creative variations through A/B experiments
• Design on-brand visual concepts across digital and print channels for Tech Pioneer Inc

• Critical thinking skills and sound, independent judgment
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• The kind of reliability that earns you the hard assignments
• Comfort presenting to a NE-wide audience without a script
• A NE sensibility, or genuine curiosity about this market

Tech Pioneer Inc is the proudly-imperfect NE company that built its name on creative work nobody else wanted to do properly. We'd rather coach a relentlessly-kind learner than babysit a brilliant jerk, every single time.

Take home $50,000 - $71,000, build your Cross-Functional Collaboration under a mentor, lean on benefits, and shape a hybrid week that finally fits.
