This 93‑bed hospital is well‑known for high physician satisfaction and provider independence. With a base salary of $650K, a sign‑on bonus of $150K, and 9 weeks of PTO, this is a rare opportunity.

• Join a team of 3 anesthesiologists and 6 fully‑independent CRNAs
• Mon‑Fri schedule, starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m.
• Providers are cut as the day goes on— it is rare you spend the full day in the OR
• Case mix includes orthopedics, obstetrics, general surgery, and cardiac
• Base salary of $650,000, opportunity for incentive upside
• $150,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $200,000 in student‑loan repayment
