This full‑time employed position offers a faculty appointment with Creighton University and the opportunity to build a new Hematology/Oncology fellowship program. The ideal candidate will provide patients and their families with access to the latest treatments and resources in a compassionate manner.

• Build a new Academic Division of Hematology Oncology
• Start a Hematology/Oncology fellowship program
• Recruit new faculty to the program
• Develop and manage the following FTE allocation:
  • .1 FTE Academic/Chief; .2 FTE Medical Director; .7 FTE Clinical
  • 0.25 FTE for Program Director role (candidate or recruited)
• Possibility of involvement with the Hereditary Cancer Center
• Faculty appointment with Creighton University School of Medicine
• Participate in clinical trials and research
• Partner with Radiation Oncology
• Participate in weekly tumor board
• Provide comprehensive patient and family resources, including genetics support
• Leverage a large established primary‑care referral base

• Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology with a minimum of 7 years post‑fellowship experience
• Current rank of Associate Professor or higher
• Experience with research and fellowship education
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine
• Ability to obtain a Nebraska license
