- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
- Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
- Quality Improvement
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Compliance
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Continuous Learning
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- A valid and unrestricted state medical license, or license‑eligible.
- Demonstrated leadership, administrative and organizational skills.
- Commitment to steady innovative clinical practice growth, education and science.
- Ability to lead a diverse group and work collaboratively with hospital partners.
- Experience in mentoring young clinical and academic clinicians.
- Full‑time BC/BE Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist at the Assistant, Associate or Professor level.
CHI Health Clinic and Creighton University School of Medicine are recruiting a Division Chief of Maternal Fetal Medicine to be part of our vibrant program and expand our clinical enterprise, research, and educational activities. The unit is a consult‑based practice that provides comprehensive services for all aspects of high‑risk pregnancies and is aiming to develop an ACGME‑approved fellowship, grow a robust research sector, and support medical student and resident education.
Applicants will be actively involved in institutional leadership and key faculty appointments at Creighton University Medical Center’s main campus in Omaha, NE.
