The ideal candidate must be an MD/DO (or equivalent degree) who is board certified/eligible in Surgical Critical Care and has completed a Surgical Critical Care fellowship. Candidates will bring 3–5 years of post‑fellowship experience in trauma and acute care surgery. Demonstrated leadership, clinical excellence, and collaborative skills and passion for advancing trauma care, education, and research in an academic medical center environment required.
