This is a full-time, on-site position located in Omaha, NE, for a Family Medicine Physician at Think Whole Person Healthcare Aksarben. The Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive primary care, diagnose and treat diverse conditions, and focus on improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, providing urgent care when necessary, and addressing community health concerns while prioritizing the overall well-being of patients.

• Proficiency in Primary Care and Family Medicine to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Experience in Medicine and Urgent Care for addressing diverse medical conditions effectively
• Knowledge and commitment to Community Health to support patient well-being in a holistic manner
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team
• Valid medical degree (MD or DO) and board certification in Family Medicine
• Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Nebraska
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Dedication to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
