· Perform projects and other duties as assigned.
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an academic or health sciences library setting.
* Experience in library instruction, reference services, and interlibrary loan.
* Supervisory experience preferred.
* Demonstrated Leadership, organizational and management skills
* Strong service orientation and interpersonal communication skills
* Experience with library technologies, including OCLC World Share, DOCLINE, and electronic database management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning technologies (Lib Guides, LMS integration, etc.)
* Knowledge of copyright and fair use in academic environments
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
