🚀THE ROLE:
KIDSTRONG COACH
As a Kid Strong Coach, you’ll lead engaging, high‑energy classes designed to challenge kids and celebrate their growth. You’ll coach, motivate, and connect — helping families see their child’s confidence and strength skyrocket.
We’re looking for coaches who:- Have experience working with children ages 15 months–8 years
- Come from a background in youth sports, physical education, OT/PT, or child development
- Love motivating kids, communicating with parents, and being part of a mission‑driven team
- Bring energy, leadership, and professionalism to every class
- Weekdays: mid‑mornings and evenings (ending by 7 PM)
- Weekends: mornings through lunchtime
- Flexible scheduling and opportunities for additional coaching hours
- Experience coaching or teaching young children
- Strong communication and parent engagement skills
- Knowledge of movement, exercise technique, and child development
- CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
- Dependable, energetic, and team‑oriented
