2026 Summer School Administrator – Elementary Summer Literacy and Mathematics (SLAM)
June 8 – June 30, 2026 (Mon–Fri 7:30 am – 4 pm)
Bryan Elementary and Sandoz Elementary Schools
Three or more years of successful teaching experience, completion of one or more years in the Millard Leadership Academy, and a valid administrator certificate.
This program provides reading instruction for academically at‑risk students from across the district. Students attend by invitation only and have completed Kindergarten–4th grade. Millard preschoolers entering Kindergarten may also be invited for Kindergarten Readiness. The program includes transportation and breakfast/lunch each day.
The morning will provide reading intervention with students grouped by reading level. In the afternoon, students participate in enrichment courses focused on math and other STEM activities.

Responsibilities include:
- Selecting and developing program/classes
- Selecting and assigning staff
- Securing substitutes as needed
- Developing master schedule and assigning rooms
- Requisition ing supplies and distributing materials
- Supervising staff and students
- Coordinating transportation and food service
- Developing family engagement activities
- Submitting payroll
- Managing all program communications
- Completing final report
We will hire two summer administrators for each school.
No school session on June 19.
Salary: $34.00 per hour
