Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• 7th & 8th Grade ELA; 7th-Grade Religion and Geography
• Aim to foster a love for reading and writing while developing language skills
• Create engaging lesson plans and provide a supportive, faith-filled learning environment

Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for 7th and 8th-grade ELA
• Develop and implement lessons for 7th-grade Religion and Geography
• Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
• Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Valid teaching certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive learning environment
• Safe Environment Certified
