Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with daily instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small-group support to students, including those with special needs
• Help implement and reinforce individualized education plans (IEPs) under teacher supervision
• Monitor student progress and share feedback with the classroom teacher
• Prepare classroom materials and maintain a positive, organized learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
• Perform other related duties to enhance the learning experience

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or college coursework in education preferred
• Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
