• Knowledge of middle school math content and effective teaching practices
• Ability to engage and support adolescent learners
• Strong classroom management and organization skills
• Skill in differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiar with Marzano Instructional Strategies a plus

• Valid Nebraska teacher certification or ability to obtain one with endorsement in Math preferred
• Experience with Middle school students preferred, but not required
• Must be Safe Environment Certified
