K-8 Substitute Teachers​/TAs

K-8 Substitute Teachers and/or TAs (Start Immediately)

St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School is seeking teachers who wish to sub for students in grades K-8 and special areas as sub needs arise.

• Subs are individually contacted via texting when positions arise.
• Subs can be for half-days (7:30-11:30 / 11:30-3:30) or full days (7:30-3:30).
• Arrival time should be at least 15 minutes prior to start time.
• Payment for subs is paid every two weeks.
• Before subbing, you will be asked the following:
• Which grade levels/subjects you prefer?
• Which grade levels/subjects you are not comfortable subbing?
• Do you prefer half-days, full days, or either?
• Are there any days that you are not available?
• Are you okay with last minute requests such as texts the night before or the morning of an open sub position, or do you prefer scheduled absences only?

• Current Nebraska teaching/sub license
• Safe Environment training (can be done at any Catholic parish offering training in the Omaha Metro Area)
