Make a difference as a Literacy Teacher

As a Literacy Instructional Coach with Bailey Education Group in Nebraska, your day is dedicated to empowering educators and enhancing literacy outcomes through research‑driven strategies rooted in the Science of Reading. You'll begin by partnering with teachers and school leaders in local schools, whether in Omaha, Lincoln, Kearney, Ogallala, or surrounding areas. Your day includes conducting classroom observations, modeling effective teaching techniques, and providing real‑time feedback to ensure high‑quality, standards‑aligned reading instruction.

You'll also guide teams in analyzing assessment data to identify student needs and refine instructional practices. Your customized coaching approach fosters strong relationships with educators, celebrates their successes, and bolsters their confidence and skills.

As your day winds down, you might offer virtual support to a rural school or prepare for upcoming visits. Each day presents new challenges, yet your impactful work ensures students develop the foundational literacy skills essential for their future success.
