Your role is to ensure our "3 Promises" are fulfilled for every student under your guidance and to develop our Guides so they can deliver the same outcomes.

You will combine elite coaching expertise with dynamic, engaging facilitation—transforming workshops, data-informed strategy sessions, and precise feedback into powerful developmental experiences. If you have a track record of breaking benchmarks, converting struggling performers into high achievers, or consistently refusing to settle for mediocrity, we want you creating excellence alongside us.

  • Developing lesson plans – your Guides support students through adaptive technology; you concentrate on preparing them to be outstanding motivators
  • Compromising on standards – when our benchmark is 100%, you uphold that expectation
  • Running uninspiring training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential professional development
