Are you a positive, energetic, and caring nursing professional with a passion for educating the next generation of nurses? College of Saint Mary is seeking a dedicated team member to join our exceptional nursing faculty. This full-time position teaches 30 credit hours per academic year within both the Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs, in a student-centered, mission-driven environment.

The position begins January 2026.

• Is an innovative, collaborative educator who wants to join an excellent faculty dedicated to nursing education in a student-centered environment.
• Has interest and experience teaching fundamentals and medical-surgical nursing, and the flexibility to meet program needs.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or current enrollment in an MSN program.
• Current, unencumbered Nebraska nursing license.
• Commitment to pursuing a doctoral degree.

• Teaching 30 credit hours per academic year, including clinical and classroom experiences.
• Supervise adjunct clinical instructors as needed.
• Support student recruitment, provide academic advising, and serve on departmental/university committees.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 office hours per week and be accessible to students.
