Are you a positive, energetic, and caring nursing professional with a passion for educating the next generation of nurses? College of Saint Mary is seeking a dedicated team member to join our exceptional nursing faculty. This full‑time position teaches 30 credit hours per academic year within both the Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs, in a student‑centered, mission‑driven environment.

The position begins January 2026.

• Is an innovative, collaborative educator who wants to join an excellent faculty dedicated to nursing education in a student‑centered environment.
• Has interest and experience teaching fundamentals and medical‑surgical nursing, and the flexibility to meet program needs.

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or current enrollment in an MSN program.
• Current, unencumbered Nebraska nursing license.
• Commitment to pursuing a doctoral degree.

• Teaching 30 credit hours per academic year, including clinical and classroom experiences.
• Supervise adjunct clinical instructors as needed.
• Support student recruitment, provide academic advising, and serve on departmental/university committees.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 office hours per week and be accessible to students.
