Reeder Elementary is seeking an energetic, positive, and student-centered Resource Paraprofessional to support our Special Education team. This part-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students in grades K-5.
Position OverviewThe Resource Paraprofessional will work closely with students receiving special education services, providing support through small group instruction, one-on-one assistance, and classroom collaboration. The successful candidate will be a vital member of our dedicated Special Education team, helping to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities Include- Supporting students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Supervising and guiding small groups of students
- Assisting classroom teachers with instructional activities and accommodations
- Collaborating with special education staff and general education teachers
- Maintaining a professional, respectful, and student-first approach at all times
