Urban League of Nebraska seeks a Youth Attendance Navigator to support students at risk of chronic absenteeism within Omaha schools and community settings. You will build trust, assess barriers, and create action plans with families and educators to boost engagement and achievement.
You will document progress, track attendance data, and deliver workshops while collaborating with partners. Travel to multiple sites and maintain confidentiality per policy are expected.
