As a Senior Build Information Modeling Technician (BIM) assigned to our Data Center group, you ll work to bring client designs to life. Your solid experience in managing, facilitating and developing BIM standards will serve you well in this role. You’ll be generating content, facilitating client relationships, developing, and reporting BIM accuracy and compliance. Ensuring quality control processes, managing data sharing, and interfacing between IT and users easily is second nature to you.

• Work to bring client designs to life using BIM standards and processes.
• Generate content, facilitate client relationships, and report BIM accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure quality control processes and manage data sharing; interface between IT and users.
• Support data center projects from the Omaha, NE office.

• At least 13 years’ experience and knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Working proficiency with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong computer skills related to MS Office Suite and modeling software.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction.
