What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring alignment on project goals

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Coordinate and provide technical guidance to internal cross-functional teams and external partners

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or 8 years of equivalent project leadership experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or CPG industry

Minimum of 4 years of direct project leadership experience

Minimum of 4 years of experience in food, pharmaceutical, or CPG manufacturing

Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects valued at least $5 million

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Familiarity with USDA/FDA regulations and compliance

Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within teams

Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices

Willingness to travel, averaging 50% primarily Monday to Friday
