We are excited to present this growth opportunity in our new Omaha office for a civil engineer to join our consulting engineering practice.
Snyder & Associates is a multidisciplinary Civil Engineering Firm working on transportation, site development, water, and wastewater projects. This role includes design duties and client exposure across various civil engineering projects.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work on diverse projects for public and private clients, assisting in project estimates, scope, and design, and remaining involved from start to finish. Regular interaction with other engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies is expected, requiring a strong work ethic and team-oriented approach.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- BS degree in Civil or Construction Engineering
- EI designation required; PE a plus
- Internship or full-time experience in civil engineering consulting
- Design experience in civil, municipal, transportation, or environmental projects
- Structural design experience related to tanks and walls (a plus)
- On track to achieve PE licensure in Nebraska
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Reside or relocate to the immediate Omaha, NE area
