PCA is recruiting for a Plant Optimization Engineer at the Omaha, NE corrugated box plant. This two-year rotational program hires recent engineering graduates (0-2 years) into hands-on training across Maintenance and Production, with the goal of developing them into future leaders.
Upon completion, POEs transition into full-time roles at PCA facilities. A Bachelor of Science in engineering is required, and internship/co-op experience is preferred.
