Team Member, Entertainment & Gaming

At The Holloway Experience, we’re more than just an arcade — we’re Omaha’s favorite immersive gaming lounge. From virtual reality and racing simulators to pool tables, retro arcade cabinets, console gaming, and even a cozy café, we create a safe, fun space where kids, teens, and adults can come together to play, connect, and escape the ordinary.

Whether it’s a birthday party, a weekend hangout, or an all-ages family night, our goal is always the same: deliver unforgettable experiences.

As an Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action — helping guests enjoy everything The Holloway Experience has to offer. This isn’t just a “stand around” job. You’ll rotate between stations, assist with game access, clean and reset lounge areas, welcome guests, answer questions, and bring the energy that makes our space special.

You’ll work with kids, families, and friend groups — and be part of a small team that treats each other like family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests throughout their visit
• Help guests navigate our games (VR, simulators, consoles, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment
• Support parties and special events
• Be a team player — step in where needed and have fun doing it!

We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Reliable, respectful, and ready to work
• Enjoys working with youth and families
• Weekend availability (we’re busiest Fridays–Sundays)

To thrive as an Experience Team Member at The Holloway Experience, you should have:

• Excellent people skills – You’re friendly, respectful, and can talk to guests of all ages with ease.
• Strong situational awareness – You know when to jump in to help, when to step back, and how to keep things flowing smoothly.
• Dependability – You show up on time, follow through on tasks, and work hard even during slower shifts.
• Team player mindset – You’re flexible, take initiative, and support your teammates without being asked.
• Comfort with kids and families – You’ll be working in a space designed for fun, so patience, kindness, and good judgment are key.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods – This is an active, on-your-feet role that may include light lifting, resetting equipment, or cleaning.
• Weekend and evening availability – Our busiest times are Friday–Sunday and during school breaks.

Preferred but not required:

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience
• Experience working with kids or in recreational settings (like camps, after-school programs, or gyms)
• Familiarity with video games, VR, or gaming consoles (we’ll train you!)
