Overview

STC Advocate – an immediate hire Customer Service role at Aston Carter. The position is a Contract to Hire based in Ralston, NE 68127.

• Provide exceptional customer service during vehicle pickup appointments.
• Accurately complete paperwork and maintain detailed records via iPad.
• Safely drive a company vehicle to 6–8 customer locations daily.
• Coordinate towing and assist team members as needed.
• Adapt to indoor/outdoor work conditions and inclement weather.

• Customer‑facing experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5‑year driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Temporary role (6–8 weeks).
• Pay range: $16–$20 per hour, depending on market and location. (Other posted rates: $17–$21/hr)
