- Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure guests are receiving timely and exceptional service by:
Courteously assisting guests by answering any questions they may have;
Assisting guests in and out of their vehicle;
Driving, parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and professional manner;
Having a thorough knowledge of all areas of the valet operation, major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area. - Create a staffing schedule according to the anticipated daily vehicle volume.
- Maintain full compliance to the standard operating procedures, while ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys at all times.
- Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards.
- Quickly distinguish vehicle make and models; have a general knowledge of vehicle operations.
- Ensure that drive lanes and crosswalks are clean of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
- Review damage claims.
- Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
- Substitute for any position, if necessary.
- Complete other duties as needed.
- High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.
- Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week‑ends may be required.
- Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record.
- Speaks clearly;

Able to read and interpret written information. - Have a strong guest orientation and positive attitude. Able to respond to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
- Adapts to changes in the work environment;
Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events. - Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
- Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; and use hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
