Bankers Title Agency of Nebraska, managed by Investors Title Insurance Company, is looking for an Underwriter for our Omaha Office. You’ll play a key role in ensuring real estate transactions are built on a solid foundation by delivering accurate, timely, and dependable title services. This position offers the opportunity to grow in a team environment while developing your underwriting, research, and customer service skills in a dynamic industry.

• Provide courteous, professional support to clients and colleagues via phone, email, or in person
• Respond to inquiries regarding file status, rate quotes, and general title insurance information

• Open and track title orders received via phone or email
• Schedule closings, coordinate with closers and attorneys, and confirm details
• Maintain vendor and lender records to ensure smooth order processing
• Create and manage back title files and keep accurate logs of turn‑around time
• Record and process incoming search requests

• Review title searches and underwrite commitments, policies, and endorsements in compliance with company guidelines and evolving underwriting principles
• Enter accurate title information to support timely and error‑free production
• Meet individual and team production standards for quality and volume

• 3 years of experience in title insurance, mortgage lending, legal support, or loan processing
• Familiarity with real estate transactions and title searches
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing legal documents
• Exceptional organization and professional communication skills
• Commitment to working well under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Self‑motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
