Job Summary – This position is responsible for completing more complex loan servicing processes accurately and in compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Includes payment processes, boarding, LAS entries, escrow processes, file maintenance review, reporting functions, collateral processes.

Essential Functions

• Boarding of Loans (30%)
  • Ensures boarding is accurate, timely, and completed per checklists for all loan types including SBA, participations, guidance lines and swap loans.
  • Verifies loan codes for regulatory reporting data integrity.
  • Confirms loan entries processed accurately.
  • Guarantees loan fully executed with prior exception approval.
  • Adds collateral and escrow fields to Navigator per procedures.
• Quality Control (20%)
  • Completes secondary review of loan files after boarding to verify input accuracy.
  • Verifies accuracy of loan documents, approvals, and filings.
• Collateral Processing (15%)
  • Files DOTs, Mortgages, and Titles promptly to protect bank’s lien position.
  • Merges collateral, removes exceptions from list timely.
  • Handles UCC continuations to maintain lien position.
• Paid Notes Processing & Report Review (20%)
  • Processes paid notes accurately and timely.
  • Processes daily monitoring reports including exceptions and non-post items per procedures.
• Customer Service (10%)
  • Provides high-level customer service with prompt and accurate information.
  • Processes and researches phone and email inquiries timely and accurately.
• Escrow Processes (5%)
  • Assists in accurate, timely completion of all escrow processes including analysis, disbursements, and set-up.
  • Assists in reviewing escrow monitoring reports.
