Responsibilities- Perform initial intake and review of onboarding documentation submitted by new clients.
- Collaborate with the SCS Portfolio Management Team to open, maintain, and review client accounts using the internal onboarding platform.
- Coordinate and communicate with front‑office personnel and third‑party introducers via email, phone, and in‑person throughout the client account lifecycle.
- Work with platform technology teams to improve internal systems.
- Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Enter and review customer and financial data.
- Additional duties may be assigned as management deems necessary.
- College degree in a related field (Finance, Business, Technology, etc.) preferred.
- Candidates graduating after December 2025 will not be considered.
- 1+ year work experience in customer service, finance, banking, admin, or other business‑related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to adhere to strict time frames.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
- Self‑starter and motivated.
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
- Compensation typical for entry‑level financial services positions in the region.
- Climate‑controlled office environment.
- Minimal physical requirements.
- Dynamic, time‑sensitive environment.
- Location:
Kansas City, MO preferred;
Omaha, NE or Des Moines, IA also possible.
