• Oversee all financial operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts, reporting variances and developing corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
• Manage the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash disbursements, invoicing/billing, customer credits and collections, payroll, perpetual inventory integrity, fixed asset records, general and entity accounting, cost accounting, and more.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
• Utilize ERP software and other systems such as Sage and Service Titan to streamline financial processes and reporting.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses, and information reports.
• Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably in the finance industry.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, financial planning, internal controls, general ledger, cost accounting, and ERP software.
• Proficiency in Sage and Service Titan is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.
