Base salary of $60k with a commission plan
Must have community engagement experience
The Mortgage Loan Officer will meet with prospective borrowers, review financial information, explain loan options, collect required documentation, and manage applications from initial consultation through closing. This role will also develop relationships with real estate professionals and other referral sources to generate new mortgage business.
Qualifications:- Mortgage lending or related financial services experience preferred
- Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of residential mortgage products and lending guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple applications and priorities
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- NMLS licensing or ability to obtain licensing
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
