Vice President, Finance & Banking

We are partnering with an established private investment firm with nearly 40 years of experience. The firm partners with founders, families, and management teams to build businesses and generate long-term value. The platform offers an entrepreneurial environment, a long-term investment approach, and the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers.

They're looking to bring on a Senior Associate/Vice President to join its investment team, with a primary focus on its core private equity strategy.

Responsibilities will span the investment lifecycle, including:

• Evaluating and executing new investment opportunities
• Conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and investment underwriting
• Supporting deal sourcing and transaction structuring
• Working closely with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation
• Monitoring existing investments and contributing to portfolio management

Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience across IB and private equity
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and transaction execution skills
• Ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, collaborative investment environment
• Interest in building a long-term career in private equity
• Strong ties to Omaha or the surrounding region preferred
