• Average $25-$40/hr
• Hourly wage, tips, commissions on memberships, retail products & add‑on services (braids, updos, extensions)
• Paid training in the salon

• Flexible schedules - current ideal shifts available:
  • Mon: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • Wed: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Thu: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Fri: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Sat: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
  • Sun: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm or 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

We have a super fun team and an upscale salon atmosphere – we love the experience.

• Valid Nebraska cosmetology / cosmetologist license
• Amazing styling and finishing skills
• A desire to provide exceptional service
• Strong communication skills
• Drive, motivation, and the ability to work with and be a part of a team
• Desire to thrive in a creative and dynamic atmosphere with team‑building activities and community involvement

We support hairstylists in growing their side cut & color business through referrals from our steady stream of clients.

We accept applications from those attending cosmetology school looking to further their career in the beauty industry.
