• Maintain Licensure:
  Hold and actively maintain a current Nebraska Barber license in good standing throughout employment.
• Deliver Quality Services:
  Consistently perform high-quality grooming services (including cuts, fades, shaves, and beard work) that meet client needs and shop standards.
• Prioritize Client
  
  Experience:
  
  Communicate clearly and professionally with all clients, actively listen to their requests, and consistently demonstrate a client-first approach to ensure satisfaction.
• Execute Barbering Techniques:
  Skillfully execute a range of barbering techniques, including precision cutting, seamless fading, clean shaving, and detailed beard styling.
• Uphold Professional Standards:
  Conduct yourself professionally in appearance and demeanor, pay meticulous attention to detail in your work and station cleanliness, and actively collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment.
• Meet Scheduling Needs:
  Be available and reliably work assigned shifts, including evenings and weekends, according to the shop's scheduling requirements.

Education & Experience
