• Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with Common Spirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
• Will need to float for call to all 3 campuses (Immanuel, Lakeside and Mercy CB)
• Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles
• Floating Requirements:
  Yes, daily and on call as needed
• Weeknight/Call Requirements:
  Minimum 10 shifts
• Weekend/Call Requirements:
  Minimum 2 weekends (1 IR and 1 Cardiac)
• Holiday/Call Requirements:
  Yes
• Call response time: 30 minutes from IMC, ASAP to LKS/MCB/Bergan
• Experience or 'Must have' skills:
  Hospital-setting Cardiac Cath/IR more than 3 years
• Shift: 4 days/week
