Position SummaryResponsible for assisting UNMC Clinical Research Coordinators and Principal Investigators as needed in the Neurological Sciences Clinical Research Center with project management, coordination, and implementation of clinical trials. Provide clinical, laboratory, and administrative support to the Neurological Sciences Clinical Research Center to ensure trials move forward toward enrollment goals.
Required Qualifications- Required
Education:
Associate's degree in Healthcare, Science or related field. (Will consider four years of related education/experience) - Required Experience: 2 years experience in a clinical research, healthcare, and/or laboratory setting. (Will consider four years of related education/experience)

- Required Other Computer Applications: Microsoft Excel, Outlook

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Intermediate computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong writing skills, proficiency with telecommunications systems, strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, ability to perform phlebotomy, specimen processing, and CUA waived testing.
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
- Preferred Experience: Phlebotomy experience, laboratory processing, study coordination
- Preferred License: Basic Life Support and Hazardous Shipping Certification within 3 months of employment

Advanced computer proficiency, proficiency with laboratory equipment, supplies, and documents, familiarity with research equipment, supplies, and documents.
