Pharmacy Customer Service Representative I
The Pharmacy Customer Service Representative I (PCSR I) contributes to the organization’s overall goal to develop and sustain pharmacy services for patients. The PCSR I works as part of a team that provides support for One World’s pharmaceutical programs. The PCSR I collects patient fees, directs patients to the proper financial and medication assistance programs, and answers general questions regarding pharmacy programs.
The PCSR I contributes to maintaining a cooperative work environment and provides assistance in administrative support.
