Physical Therapist Assistant

Position Overview

Bravo Recruiting Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a 12-week contract basis. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction of a licensed physical therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in order to help them improve their mobility, reduce pain, and regain function.

• Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing customized treatment plans for patients
• Work with patients to perform exercises and stretches as prescribed by the physical therapist
• Monitor patients during therapy sessions and provide feedback to the physical therapist on progress
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy area
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of job performance

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Nebraska
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience working with patients in a rehabilitation setting is preferred
