Position: Clinical Research Associate I

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate, develop, and conduct clinical research projects in the Mind & Brain Health Labs
  • Ensure successful communication, coordination, and compliance with regulations and protocols
  • Assist with all phases of clinical research projects, from initiation to completion
  • Collaborate with the principal investigator and research team to meet project goals
  • Maintain effective working relationships with individuals with various medical disorders
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High school education or equivalent; three years of related post-high school education/experience considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience related to healthcare, laboratory, and/or clinical research
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a laboratory, research, or clinical setting
  • Experience with human subjects research, participant recruitment, and data collection
  • Familiarity with elderly, patient, and impaired populations
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and programming skills in R or Python
