- Coordinate, develop, and conduct clinical research projects in the Mind & Brain Health Labs
- Ensure successful communication, coordination, and compliance with regulations and protocols
- Assist with all phases of clinical research projects, from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with the principal investigator and research team to meet project goals
- Maintain effective working relationships with individuals with various medical disorders
- High school education or equivalent; three years of related post-high school education/experience considered
- Minimum of 3 years of experience related to healthcare, laboratory, and/or clinical research
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 2 years of experience in a laboratory, research, or clinical setting
- Experience with human subjects research, participant recruitment, and data collection
- Familiarity with elderly, patient, and impaired populations
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and programming skills in R or Python
