Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week on a 13-week contract

• Monday through Friday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• No weekend or holiday requirements

• On-call requirement with 1-hour response time

• Focus on external beam radiation treatment planning only

• Present treatment plans to radiation oncologists

• Work with Eclipse/Aria treatment planning systems

• Utilize Epic EMR, PACS, MIM, and Radformation software

• Handle external beam treatments including 3D-CRT, IMRT, VMAT, IGRT, and SBRT

• Support approximately 60 patients on treatment using Varian Tru Beam and Edge equipment

• Required certifications: BLS and Certified Medical Dosimetrist (CMD)

• Must have experience with Eclipse/Aria systems

• Dress code:
Gray scrubs or business casual attire

• Artificial nails prohibited - refusal to remove will result in contract termination

• Valid driver's license required at submittal

• Must reside outside 50-mile radius of facility

• On-site department orientation provided by department manager

The radiation oncology department provides external beam radiation therapy services with a focus on precision treatment planning and delivery, maintaining high standards for patient care and safety protocols.
