Full Shift Staffing is seeking a BCBA for a direct hire placement with our client in Colorado Springs, CO. The BCBA will provide individualized, evidence-based care using a trauma-informed approach across in-center, in-home, and community settings.
Therapy runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with evenings and weekends free. The role emphasizes wellness, mindfulness, self-care, and cognitive/language development alongside ABA therapy.
